The basic requirements to raw materials:
- Live grape snail (May, June) — diameter of shell more than 25 mm.
- Fresh mushrooms:
- Boletus
- Chanterelles
Mushrooms must be fresh, healthy, whole, without wormholes, free of sand, earth, wood dust, with the cut stems.

Fruits and berries should be fresh, whole, clean, with a dry surface, without mould, mechanical damages, illnesses affections and damages by vermin.
